Are you scouring the internet for a gap year, career break or sabbatical and just don't know where to start?

We are a small independent company offering a bespoke service to our clients. As a client you will therefore receive a high level of personal service from all our staff.

You may have noticed that prices of 'Gap Breaks' by most web operators vary considerably. As we are based in the Channel Islands, our overheads are very low as there is no VAT or business tax. We also do not employ a large workforce or have to pay rent to maintain costly office space. We have a very low price structure per project the benefits of which we are pleased to pass on to you, our clients.

Whether you are a student with a sense of adventure and taking a year out from education or if you are looking to escape the rat race and take a career break, Gap and Career Breaks will help you find a project suited to you. To save yourself time and effort, contact us first for a one-to-one personal service: we will do our utmost to help you have a memorable experience.

You need never be on your own: a representative will always be on-hand to look after your needs. We are committed to delivering the best possible one-to-one service.

* We will help you plan your itinerary
* You will be collected from the airport and transferred to your chosen project
* You will be given a 24 hour emergency telephone number
* At the end of your stay, you will be collected by a representative for your transfer back to the airport

Have you thought about doing something like this but you don't have the funds? Why not try raising the money by sponsorship? You will be surprised at the response that you will get when you explain what you want to do and why you want to do it. Most of the projects are 28 days long but you can extend some on a weekly basis. Please ask for a quote.

Duration / Dates

Most of our programmes are from 28 days however, if you cannot take that length of time off work some of our projects will accept 14 days.

Job Info

Various placements available all over the world as very reasonable prices. If you find the exact same programme cheaper anywhere else we will match the price and take £25 off your booking. Our Kenya and South Africa programmes are all on special offer for a limited period, please ask for details.

We offer placements in the following countries:- Bali, Kenya, Mauritius, Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Tobago (but we have more to come)

We do not have any 'paid' overseas placements, sorry.
