Fundacion Rios Tropicales, a nonprofit organization working under the auspices of the whitewater rafting company, Rios Tropicales, and dedicated to the protection and conservation of some of Costa Rica's major rivers is searching for volunteer environmental educators.
Volunteers must fulfill the following prerequisites:
- Experience in environmental education
- Experience with elementary teaching
- Capacity to conduct classes in Spanish
- Willingness to reside in rural communities
NOTE: Room is donated by community families. Board and teaching supplies are covered by FRT.
