Established in 1989 as a non-profit conservation and development non-governmental organisation (NGO), Frontier has been an innovator in creating quality volunteer programmes across the globe. Since then, Frontier’s has grown to operate over 330 capacity building conservation, community and adventure projects in over 60 countries spanning 5 continents. We are currently recruiting for a UK Operations Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of the development, operation and evaluation of Frontier’s UK Operations department including Frontier’s Partner Projects program. The UK Operations Department is the main link between Frontier and participants pre-departure and is responsible for ensuring all communications are responded to in a timely manner and expectations are managed effectively. Once in-country, the UK Operations department acts to support project staff and participants in a variety of areas.

The Partner Projects Manager is a unique opportunity to manage and oversee all aspects of the development, operation and evaluation of Frontier’s UK Operations department including Frontier’s Partner Projects program.

The Frontier Partner Projects Manager is responsible for setting up, developing and managing our portfolio of partner projects including in-country support of partner organisations, negotiating rates and offers, managing expectations of all stakeholders, ensuring the quality and impact of projects are in line with Frontier’s mission, assisting with conflict management, and researching and developing new and exciting project options to increase participant numbers and the impact achieved.
