YOUR trip, YOUR way

I went on the 20 day Peru and 10 day Costa/Panama trip and ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM BOTH. Free and easy allows you to travel in a stress free and safe group setting while also allowing you the freedom of doing your trip your way. The things I loved the most about free and easy were the two awesome leaders which seem more like 2 more knowledgable group memebers. Free and easy doesn't accept tips so your leaders feel like your friends and not your baby sitters.

Free and easy also allowed me to be WAY more immersive in local culture than anything I had experienced solo traveling because the leaders know lots of locals and all the best places to eat and party. The group size was perfect (12 including our 2 leaders) and all the accommodations were fantastic. We were able to get lots of group discounts on excursions and accommodation which helped keep trip costs low. Free and easy was definitely the most affordable tour company I found.

Should you decide on your trip that you want to stray from the group or do your own excursions, the leaders will set it up for you and send you on your way which helps it be YOUR TRIP! I could not have more phenomenal things to say about free and easy and am already planning my next trip! The hikes in Peru were like no other and I would definitely recommend the 20 day Peru if you are looking to push yourself and experience some of the most beautiful landscapes this world has to offer. Safe, fun, and full of adventure!

The best adventure...

Just completed the 20 day Peru Trip in May with leaders Sam and Evan and it was freaking amazing!!
Peru was phenomenal, we went from the desert, to the mountains, to seeing the ocean. It's a country that has it all and you have to see it!
This was my first Free and Easy trip, and one of my first big trips as a traveler. There are no words to describe how challenging some of the hikes were for me, but oh my goodness, so fulfilling and amazing at the end. Our guides were so knowledgeable and kind. It was great to have them along and to have met them. They each brought such a special presence to the hike they lead, and shared a lot of insight to the spiritual side of it. Which has stuck with me since.
Peru has been a dream of mine for so long and with this Free and Easy trip I feel like I experienced the most beautiful parts of country. The people are so happy. The food surprised me, it was so delicious! And the hostels chosen by the company were safe and clean, and that's all ya can ask for!
Sam and Evan made the trip even greater. Together they were a kick ass team. The knowledge, positivity, and encouragement they shared with everyone made us feel welcomed at the beginning and comfortable all throughout the trip. They ensured everyone had the best time possible and were always there to check in and make sure we were always safe and having a good time!
I cannot speak highly enough about Free and Easy and the leaders I had. It sets the bar pretty high for my trips in the future! I will remember Peru and my free and easy family for a lifetime.

20 days in Thailand !!

I recently went to Thailand in janaury with Free and Easy and it was the best experience of my life! From 10 days in the South to 10 days in the North, it was a surreal time experiencing both sides of Thailand. Our leaders were amazing and had very good knowledge of the Thai culture! We became quite the travel family and made it feel easy to be yourself. I left Thailand with so many new friends and memories and it’s all thanks to Free and Easy! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to travel!!

What a Rush

I’ve been on both the 20 day southern Thailand and 10 day Nica New Years trips with Free and Easy Traveler and I totally recommend both of these trips! FNEZ has some amazing leaders that I still talk to today and consider them to be close friends; basically you start the tour with strangers and leave with an extended family. Nothing but respect for this company. Their tours are full of adventure but also allow you to relax if you want. Hoping to go on another trip soon! #livefree

Amazing experience!

I could not have more nice things to say about this company and the trip I went on.

I went on my first solo trip through free and easy to Indonesia. I picked Free and Easy because I wanted to have the freedom of being a solo traveller as well as have the opportunity to meet new people to hang out with as well. All of the activities, accommodations, and leaders were fantastic. I felt safe every where we went and the leaders really take the time to get to know you and help you plan some adventures if you wanted to tackle something that wasn't already one their agenda!

10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!

I’m mad I didn’t book a longer trip....
WHAT an experience. Did the 10 day north Thailand and it was incredible. I was a bit nervous to do the jungle trek but I can honestly say it was the best part of my trip. If you have the chance to do it, GO! I wish I had extended and done the 10 day south as well.
The leaders were great, the tour is guided but if you want to explore on your own one day, you are able to. It’s super chillaxed and everyone was super friendly and helpful!
I’m already planning my next trip because I will definitely go back!

10 days in Northern Thailand!🇹🇭🌎

I did a 10 day tour with Free and Easy in Northern Thailand! I had an amazing experience. It started with booking- their website was easy to use and informative. They offer numerous ways of payment and they are very affordable. My trip consisted of temple tours, local festivals, markets and accommodations. It also included an AMAZING 3 day jungle trek where we saw wild animals and stayed/ate in 3 local villages. These villages were authentic and only available to us because of the years of friendship FnEz has made with the locals. Here we got to interact and bath with elephants and we finished off the trip on a floating lake house of paradise.

I would and will 100% travel with them again, I went alone and left with 20 friends. The close nit group allowed for an amazing and full experience.

Great for Solo Travelers

After doing 3 trips with FnEZ to date, I can definitely say that I recommend their trips to anyone who is ready to visit a country while doing activities, relaxing, drinking, or shopping. You do what you want, when you want, as long as you follow the group of like minded travelers from place to place. You will meet amazing people, have a great time in a new country, and make unforgettable memories and friends. I was stressed about solo traveling, but doing it with FnEZ made it so much more fun! Free and Easy Living

I first heard about FnEZ by a past travellers raving review to me which led me to end up on the Mediterranean tour as a leading prospect. My first tour through Greece, Spain and Portugal was an incredible immersion into the history of Europe, beautiful beaches, sangrias, sunsets and partying.
Now as I lead the trips myself I get to return to each destination and watch them evolve as we find more city secrets and build our bonds with the locals and group members.
The company works like a huge family of travellers excited to be showing other people places that we're so passionate about ourselves. I love being involved with Free and Easy and can never wait for the next season to start!

Free and easy review

I’ve been on two free and easy trips so far and I can’t say one bad thing about those trips! I went to Nicaragua and my leaders were amazing and made sure everyone in the group was having an amazing time. They were also extremely knowledgeable and knew our stops like the back of their hands. I also went on yacht week in Croatia and that was the best time of my life! I highly recommend this travel company and can’t wait to go on my next trip with them!

There is no word to describe the experience I had in Peru

This was my first FnEZ tour ever. I was a little skeptical because I am so use to traveling alone and on my own schedule. But this 20 day tour in Peru was a perfect balance of guidance and personal time alone. The tour leaders were absolute gems. I don’t think that the tour would be the same if it wasn’t for them. I have always dreamt about traveling to Peru and seeing Machu Picchu, and I am so happy I put my travels in the hands of FnEZ because my expectations of this trip were exceeded. I feel completely changed after the tour and the feeling will never fade. My trip was over a month ago and I still have the unbeliable feeling throughout my veins. All I can say is that if you are planning on seeing Peru, I would defintely reccommned booking through FnEZ! Trust me on this one! You will definitely not regret it.

FNEZ Peru

I traveled to Peru with FnEZ and it was a fantastic experience! The leaders where amazing and very personal and Professional but still knew how to party. Everything was taken care of and every place we stayed was top notch. The best nights in my opinion where sleeping under the stars Inn the desert and sleeping in the little town near Machupiccu. They took us to places most tourists wouldn't normally see and immersed us in the local culture. I met life long friends and had the time of my life. I would recommend anyone to go on this trip with FNEZ. I will be traveling with them again in the future.

Fnez is a PHENOMENAL tour company. Both trips I've done with them have been stress free and amazing. The leaders and friendly and fun. Places that we stayed were great. Groups are good sizes and you're surrounded by like-minded people who are all there to have a good time. Can't wait to get on another fnez trip asap!

A trip of a lifetime!

Just finished the 25 Day LTC at the beginning of July. Every aspect was absolutely incredible! Our leaders, Kyle Wright and Josh Arseneau were very engaging and personable, excursions were well thought out, and the trip was very well organized. For the value and experience, FNEZ did an incredible job. Will 100% be doing another tour with them.

If I could change one thing regarding the trip I would review the schedule and alter it to see more cities such as Phnom Penh in Cambodia and Pai in Thailand instead of spending so long in Siem Reap and Chiang Mai.

F'N EZ

I signed up with Free & Easy after my friends came back from a 40 day LTC tour and it's been worth every penny! I signed up for a 40 day LTC tour and added another 10 days in Indonesia! Our leaders are fantastic and experienced; they have made our travel through Southeast Asia enjoyable and easier than solo travel. While the trip is guided and on a schedule, you do get some free days to do as you please. The leaders are great for assistanting you in finding what you are looking for; the leaders at Free & Easy specialise in the countrys you are visiting. I didn't have any known friends on this tour when I signed up but just a few short weeks in we became a family; while we're mostly Canadians, we had a couple Americans and a Brit. I highly recommend trips with FnEZ; they are ideal for solo travelers, couples, and friends. If you are a solo traveler don't worry! There will be other solo travelers too and you'll never be a third wheel!
I give this a 4/5; I feel as a person who spends nearly all of their time alone in Canada, I enjoy my alone time and at times it can be difficult to come by.

Raddest Experience Ever

I have been on two tips with FnEZ, both to Thailand. I went on the 20 days in southern Thailand and 10 days in northern Thailand for Songkran (Thai New Years). The trips are well organized and the leaders are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are there to be your more experienced friends and show you all the best spots!
Going on these trips was honestly the best experience of my life. I had so many amazing experiences and met so many awesome people! I would hands down recommend Free & Easy to anyone looking to go on an amazing adventure. I enjoyed my trips so much I am even booked in on my third one for the year; New Years in Nicaragua! :)

Falling in love

I thought I was crazy going on a trip with 22 other strangers, but perusing Peru with Kyle and Paige and my new FNEZ fam was an incredible experience that I will never forget. I expected to fall in love with Peru, but I didn't expect to fall in love with the people I went with. Thanks for the awesome opportunity to grow and be free with new friends in a new place. If you're considering taking a leap into something new- definitely consider 20 days in Peru. (The rhyme was unintentional but I'm laughing to hard to even consider changing it.) What A Rush

My travels through SE asia were by far one of the most incredible life expiriences I could have ever gained. I am almost without words how greatful I feel towards Free and Easy and all the wonderful people I met along the way.

I booked this trip without putting much research into it, I went off a recommendation from a friend and simply packed my bags and followed along. Only knowing the promise that I would be seeing a new land and that the party scene would be crazy. I came into Thailand naive and nervous for drastic changes, however Free and Easy made the transition into a foreign land/culture seamless.

Each leader in my tours embrased everyone in the group like family and their close knit connections with local establishments made it feel like we belonged everywhere we went. The theme there is "Its your trip!", meaning you can make the trip whatever you want it to be. You're not tied down to strict daily schedules and I found we stayed in locations for an adequate amount of time, however I never wanted to leave any of the amazing locations we visited.

This company has made such a lasting impression on me and left me wanting more. I will be booking my next trip with them asap!

It's YOUR trip!

My trip with FNEZ was absolutely amazing! I did 20 days in southern Thailand and 20 days in Indonesia. Both were amazing, and two fantastic groups of people. My leaders were incredible - very friendly, helpful, and did everything they could to make sure everyone had a good time. We had a wide range of people, mostly Canadian, in the group, ranging from 18 to 31. The best part? If there's something you really want to do, they'll make it happen! Or they'll at least do their best to. The emphasis is that it's your trip, and it's impossible not to enjoy it with all the places you go and the places you stay. Accommodations were all unique and very different from one another. There are so many different activities you can take part in, but if you just want a beach day, you can do that, too! I went solo and made so many new friends. Highly recommend!

25 days in Greece!

I have never went solo before and as I was looking for groups to join I stumbled upon Free and Easy. With all the amazing trips and the prices it looked way to good to be true! But it definitley was not! The Leaders Evan and Jimi, were absolutely fabulous and so knowledgeable! The people were phenomenal the places were just spectacular and the overall trip was the experience of a lifetime! I can not wait to join the FNEZ crew for another trip soon!

I booked a trip to Costa Rica with FNEZ, and everything about the experience was fantastic. I originally had to change trip dates and the staff I talked to was more than accommodating to help me. Once the trip got closer to, the trip leaders made contact to make sure your travels the day off all went smoothly and if you booked the flights with FNEZ, greated you at the airport and revved you up with excitement to meet the rest of the group. Everything was laid back about the trip, the leaders were there to help you and make your experience great. I met lots of like minded people and there was no pressure to go on the extra activities - everyone respects that this is your trip and want you to come out of it with an amazing experience. I've already booked future trips (which the staff contacted me right away to confirm trip dates just in case) with this company and I'm now even part of their Rep program!

FNEZ Traveler

My Free and Easy travelling experience couldn't have gone more smoothly. It was my first time travelling to Asia and I'm so happy I did it with FNEZ. I went solo and met so many people who I plan on visiting throughout the year! This organization allows you to be the free and easy traveller you wish to be since the two guides assigned to each group gives you the independence you need. When my trip came to an end, I needed to stay an extra night in Bangkok so I decided to stay where I stayed with FNEZ, I could not feel more at home and more welcomed after being told I was with Free and Easy. I cannot describe my trip anymore than saying it was easy going and extremely fun. I can't wait to go on another trip!

Free & Easy Gets it Right

This was my first trip to Asia and I thought it would be best to book through a tour agency. After doing my research, I settled on FNEZ, and it was the best choice I could have made!
It truly was easy from the start. Booking was simple and payment was a breeze (you can pay all at once or create a payment plan, which is hugely convenient).
About a month before the trip, you're introduced to your group trip leaders and many of your travel companies via Facebook group. So already you're getting to know each other.

Now for the fun stuff... The trip itself was terrific. I saw I believe the best of what Thailand had to offer. My trip leaders Luke and Ben were amazing. There were never any delays or problems with our travel within Thailand. You get your money's worth taking a night train from Bangkok to your first destination (travel and accommodation in one!)
It really is worry free getting around. FNEZ allows you to take a number of different modes of transport like long tail boats, night trains etc...truly easy travel.
The accommodations are modest and nothing more than you need. Nobody needs a 5 star room anyway, there's too much else to do with your new travel family!

I would say make sure you stock up on snacks if you're a picky eater because the few included meals with FNEZ on my tour were not the best; so if you need to, stock up!

If you've thought about taking a trip like this before. Stop thinking and just pull the trigger. Go with Free and Easy and you will not regret it!
