We have a range of different and very exciting projects in Denmark! 

Opportunities involve: running empowerment workshops and co-creation workshops with youth in order to get them involved in policy and decision-making; running activities on children's summer camps; running tourism activities for the public in traditional Danish towns; manual and restoration work at eco-communities,  festivals and schools; organic gardening and permaculture/ agriculture work in national parks and on farms; running activities and games for groups on a beach- cleaning project..... AND MANY MORE !

When You Can Go

The main short term programme for the summer, with projects in over 60 countries world wide, is available on our website every year at the end on March. Opportunities are available in winter and spring as well. If you want more information don't hesitate to contact the office.


At present, Concordia is only able to place volunteers who are living in the UK at the time of application on overseas projects, regardless of nationality. If you are applying from a country outside of the UK you will need to browse more volunteer opportunities on One World 365 which are open to all nationalities.

Start Dates

Projects are available all year round but the majority take place between June and September.

Costs / Benefits

Volunteers pay a registration fee of £300 to Concordia, and fund their own travel and insurance. Board and accommodation is free of charge for most projects in Europe.


Most projects are available to volunteers aged 18+, although there is also a selection of projects for volunteers aged 16 and 17. Volunteers should be motivated and committed to the entire lenght of the project.
