The Careyes Foundation was founded in 2012, although our oldest program, the Sea Turtle Protection and Conservation Center, has operated since 1983.

Since then, we have created programs in the fields of English language education, recreational cycling, music, contemporary arts, cinema, and environmental education, reaching a population of around 7,000 people.

 

Location

We serve eleven villages along the southwest coast of Jalisco, Mexico, reaching a population of around 7,000 people.
