Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp annually employs more than 700 people as members of our instructional faculty, counseling and health staff, and local support staff. Seasonal employees work together to provide an outstanding summer camp experience for our participants. Working at Blue Lake is both rewarding and demanding. It requires a great deal of stamina, enthusiasm, and interpersonal skill, as well as the ability to work effectively with others. And it is the best summer job on earth.

Our camper families expect staff and faculty to serve as positive role models and mentors who provide a fun, safe, pleasant, professional, and nurturing environment for campers. To this end, Blue Lake maintains policies and standards regarding professional conduct, personal behavior, interaction with co-workers and students, appearance standards, uniform guidelines, and regulations on the use of alcohol, drugs, and social media.
