BESTEP is a Hong Kong consulting company with a base in Shanghai. The goal of the company is to help students and graduates from around the World to meet the right companies in Asia and provide a unique work and cultural experience.

The idea to set up the company started back in 2007 after Veronika, the founder of BESTEP came to China for an internship. Her experience wasn't ideal, so she decided to set up a company that can offer proper internships.

Today the BESTEP team offers internships in Shanghai, that has been the very first destination on our portfolio, Beijing and Singapore. People who work in BESTEP are well traveled and all were once interns in Asia as well!
