Founded in 2015, Aupairia was an organization based in Beijing, China which specialized in internship, cultural exchange, volunteer and educational programs in China.

The programs were designed for overseas youth to come to China, share their English skills, their home country culture, learn Mandarin and experience Chinese culture. The programs focused on cross-cultural learning/experience and the development of a global mindset.

We enjoy communicating with people from different cultures and creating personal connections between people across the world. The aim of our Au Pair China Program was to promote international cultural exchanges between China and other nations, so that youths from all over the world can learn from each other and learn about different cultures and traditions.

We were very pleased to welcome international au pairs to share language and culture with native Chinese host families and kids, improve their Mandarin skills and help kids learn their language through immersing into the language environment at a very young age.

Since 2015, our team was dedicated to ensuring that the program support and services met the highest standards. The result was a wonderful cultural exchange experience for au pairs and host families.

Participants got to experience a memorable and meaningful adventure in China for three months or longer.

Aupairia Reviews

Aupairia are a great company!

I really recommend applying to work in China with Aupairia, the staff are very friendly and I really enjoyed my experience. My host family was fantastic and the role was very rewarding. Applying is a great way to live in China, go sightseeing, experience the culture and do lots of activities.

My Aupairia Review

I went to work in Beijing and applied through Aupairia. It was quite nerve wracking before departing as I had never done anything like this before but I never imagined it would be this good. The staff at Aupairia were very supportive and the experience of working in China helped me to mature. The people in China are also very friendly. Sometimes it was a bit difficult living abroad (to be expected) especially as my Mandarin is not that good but Aupairia were able to help with any problems or questions. The experience was priceless and one of the best things I've ever done.
