Volunteers spent part of the day working on a project and besides the work there was plenty of time for other activities.

Free time was used to pursue group interests (for example local trips, sports or games evenings…). Of course, there was time just to relax. Volunteers were responsible for their own cleaning and chores.

One to 3 volunteers were appointed camp-leaders, but that did not mean, that the organized everything for volunteers. In most cases the volunteers were responsible together for problem solving and decision-making at the workcamp.
