We are a non-profit organization based out of Washington DC, encouraging American citizens to volunteer within Muslim-majority countries.
Our aim is to help build international relations beginning at the grassroots level. AUA hopes that person-to-person friendships will help shatter stereotypes and create a more unified world. It also helps bring focus on the development needs of these countries, as opposed to what the media portrays.
